about Warranty

Customers can contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at our Support Center.

1. Go to our support center and describe the issue in detail including the reason why you wish to return the item, along with your order number and SKU (product) number. For defective, incorrect or not as described items, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.
2. Once we receive the above information, we will review your case and offer you a solution


1. Twinkledeals' responsibility:
  • If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund and or an exchange.
  • Once we receive the item, we will offer you compensation or resend for free a replacement at our expense.

  • 2. Customer's responsibility:
  • We can allow a return on products if the customer has order the wrong product, size, or is simple wants to exchange the item.
  • All shipping fees for a exchange or return are at the customers own expense and are non-refundable.USA customers will be provided with a pre-paid shipping label via the Support Center. The cost of this will be deducted from the final refund.

    - Please contact us to request an R.M.A (Return Merchandise Authorization). Our Support Team will give you our R.M.A instructions form and address. Don't forget to sent back the items with the R.M.A form.
    - All returnable items must have their original tags and must not appear to have been washed, worn or altered, they must also be sent back in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on intimates, swimwear, lingerie, or clearance items.
    - Unless Twinkledeals made a mistake, items which are exempt from refunds, exchanges or replacements include all apparel listed under the following categories: underwear/woman's intimates, swimwear, earrings and sales items.
